🎯 What You'll Do

• Rapidly prototype and iterate on internal tools for language model evaluations
• Lead development of major features from ideation to implementation
• Collaboratively define software roadmap and priorities
• Work closely with researchers to understand their challenges

📋 Requirements

• Production-quality Python code
• 5+ years of professional software engineering
• Led development of a successful software tool or product over 1+ year

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM agents or LLM evaluations
• Infosecurity/cybersecurity experience
• Experience with AWS
