🎯 What You'll Do

• Turn fuzzy research requests into scoped data acquisition plans.
• Manage multiple vendors across verticals and data types.
• Manage human teams that acquire proprietary data and ensure quality.
• Own weekly data-needs review, forecast, and prioritization.
• Embed in research planning to flag data risks 4-6 weeks ahead.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of program or product management at a technical company.
• 2+ years in an AI, ML, or data-intensive context.
• Ability to read ML papers and understand research proof points and data needs.
• Working knowledge of SQL and basic data analysis.
• Experience negotiating with external vendors and managing budgets.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as a TPM or program manager at a frontier AI lab.
• Background with data labeling or RLHF programs at scale.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation methodology or rubric design.
• Experience as the first X hire at an early-stage company.
