💼 About This Role

You'll assist with the administration and reporting of securitization programs, including preparing monthly investor reports and accounting for new issuances. Your work will support financial analysis and compliance with CMHC guidelines. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly investor reports like CMHC 2840s and payments to CPTA
• Account for issuance and settlement of new NHA MBS pools
• Assist with financial statement close and variance analysis
• Support compliance with CMHC guidelines and external audits

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of accounting or financial reporting experience at a financial institution
• University/College undergraduate degree in Business or Commerce, Accounting focus preferred
• Pursuing professional designation in Accounting (CPA)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and accounting systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CMHC NHA MBS and CMB securitization programs
• Experience in mortgage industry or securitization
• Experience with data management and reporting systems
