Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years experience in inbound operations or logistics
• Experience with freight forwarders and customs brokers
• Proficiency in NetSuite or comparable ERP
• Strong Excel skills and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end inbound shipment execution from booking to warehouse receipt
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PLs
• Maintain shipment visibility and reconcile warehouse receipts
• Report weekly freight KPIs and surface insights for decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and resolve issues
