You'll join the Lifecycle team to drive engagement, retention, and recovery strategies for Inter's client base. You'll analyze data, execute CRM campaigns, and collaborate with Data, UX, IT, and Growth teams. This role directly impacts revenue and digital customer experience at Brazil's first digital bank.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze data and propose improvements for customer journeys and campaigns.
• Execute CRM and lifecycle strategies for engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with Data, UX, IT, and Growth teams.
• Monitor KPIs and action plans to evolve clients in the engagement pyramid.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience with CRM, lifecycle, growth, or digital marketing.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Analytical profile with ease in data interpretation.
