You'll join a team supporting a federal agency's legal mission, processing FOIA requests and conducting document review. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Search and analyze document sets for responsiveness and privilege
- Redact and code responsive documents in eDiscovery platforms
- Perform legal research and draft legal documents
- Process Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests
📋 Requirements
- Paralegal certificate, JD, or one year completed at ABA-accredited law school
- At least one year of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience with Nuix Investigate, Relativity, or similar document review tools
- Knowledge of FOIA rules and regulations including applying exemptions
✨ Nice to Have
- Two years experience using Nuix Investigate for document review and tagging
- Two years experience processing FOIA requests for Federal agencies
- Fluency in statutory and regulatory guidelines for FOIA responses
