You'll lead the Developer Productivity engineering team to build systems that make every Webflow engineer faster and more effective. Your work will compound quietly and show up in every team's velocity. This role is AI-native, embedding agentic tooling into workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate engineering needs into a clear, prioritized roadmap
• Track and report on developer experience health metrics
• Partner with engineers to deliver platform improvements
• Evaluate and champion AI integration into developer workflows

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Hands-on engineering background or direct PM ownership of developer experience product
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems, build pipelines, observability platforms
• Fluency in developer productivity metrics like DORA

• Ability to read code and engage with technical architecture
