🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews on residential projects
• Train and mentor junior technicians in proper installation techniques
• Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with dispatch and customers for scheduling
• Perform quality control checks on completed installations

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• EPA Section 608 certification
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
• Strong communication and leadership skills

• NATE certification preferred
• HVAC trade school or apprenticeship completion
