🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end People Tech delivery on Darwinbox.
• Partner with leaders to translate HR needs into workflows.
• Design and configure core HR modules.
• Drive integration planning across complementing applications.

📋 Requirements

• 7–8 years of progressive People Technology experience.
• 3 full-cycle Darwinbox implementations from design to go-live.
• Strong solution design across multiple HR modules.
• Integration experience with ADP, Snowflake, Shareworks, Slack.
