You'll support end-to-end recruiting operations and technology, including requisition management and system workflows. Your work will directly improve the candidate experience and internal stakeholder processes. This role offers exposure to enterprise-wide HR initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting operations and ATS workflows
• Conduct data audits to ensure data quality and process improvement
• Partner with VP Talent Acquisition to vet recruiting partnerships
• Lead the Talent Acquisition Sync Meeting and drive operational transparency

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of Talent Acquisition operational support and recruiting
• Experience with applicant tracking systems in an administrative capacity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Experience with compliance/DEI standard processes
• Familiarity with job fairs and early career recruiting
