You'll join Binance's Accelerator Program for early career talent, working in Compliance Operations in Dubai. You'll support day-to-day operations and promote a data-driven decision-making culture while collaborating with teams across the Web3 space.

• Provide value-added analysis and reporting on operations using data
• Manage process enhancements and monitor their effectiveness
• Collaborate with PMs to push product optimization via business requirements
• Support day-to-day operations and promote data-driven decision-making

📋 Requirements

• University students or recent graduates in Management, Business Administration, or Operations Management
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple teams on complex issues
• Strong research and writing skills with attention to detail
• Fluency in English for coordinating with overseas stakeholders
