You will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-driven innovation across our platform. You'll partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to translate challenges into scalable, high-impact AI solutions that improve healthcare engagement.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI or related field
• 10+ years in AI field spanning academia or industry
• Deep expertise in ML, deep learning, and modern AI methodologies
• Strong experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent-based systems
• Proven experience building scalable ML infrastructure and distributed systems

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI engineering strategy aligned with product and business objectives
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers
• Architect and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions including LLM-powered systems
• Own end-to-end AI lifecycle from research to production deployment and monitoring
• Establish best practices for ML infrastructure, experimentation, evaluation, and governance
