🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and improve the financial crime risk management framework
• Lead and manage a team of financial crime professionals
• Conduct ongoing risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Oversee investigation and resolution of financial crime incidents

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in financial crime risk management with cryptocurrency experience
• At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
• In-depth knowledge of Gibraltar and UK AML regulations
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or law
