💼 About This Role

You'll own product design end-to-end for complex B2B/fintech systems, partnering with PMs and engineers to define problems and ship impactful experiences. You'll use AI tools like Claude and Cursor to prototype and iterate rapidly, then bring work into Figma for production. This role is AI-first and builder-led, with direct impact on how companies manage billions in spend.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with PM and engineering to define problems and ship product improvements
• Use LLMs to clarify intent and draft PRDs
• Conduct self-serve customer research to validate assumptions
• Prototype using Cursor and Claude Code, then translate to Figma

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a product designer on complex products (B2B, fintech, or systems-heavy)
• Ownership of projects from problem definition through launch
• Active use of LLMs like Claude or ChatGPT in design workflow
• Comfort with tools like Cursor or Claude Code
