💼 About This Role

You'll manage all aspects of event planning and execution to build brand awareness and drive lead generation for NewSouth Window Solutions. You'll identify and attend trade shows, festivals, and community events, manage a team of event representatives, and ensure KPIs are met. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and secure event opportunities for lead generation
• Manage budget, inventory, and event logistics
• Recruit, train, and lead event marketing team
• Track and report event metrics and team performance

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years in a customer facing leadership position
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
