Description

You will lead a small team of Product Managers to evolve OVO Charge, a flagship product for EV drivers. You'll own and scale web and mobile products for B2C and B2B customers, using data and user research to prioritize and deliver features that drive the UK's path to net zero.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager owning projects end-to-end from ideation to delivery
• Ideally experience leading a small team of Product Managers
• Experience working across mobile (iOS and Android) and web platforms
• B2C product expertise required; B2B experience a significant plus
• Experience with software products in energy and/or e-mobility sector

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Product Managers, providing day-to-day advice, support, and career guidance
• Ensure timely and reliable delivery of team work and performance
• Own and scale web and mobile products for B2C and B2B customers
• Identify improvements using data tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and data warehouse querying
• Create product vision and roadmap prioritized by user and business value
