Description

You will bridge Collibra's Field teams and customers, ensuring trust by consulting with strategic customers on business-critical security issues and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to structure security initiatives that drive business value.

Requirements

• 5-7 years in information security, field security, or customer-facing technical leadership
• Proven track record consulting with senior leadership and enterprise customers on security concerns
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, EU AI Act, DORA)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to Sales, combining cybersecurity expertise with external customer engagement
• Articulate and own security narrative to drive sales
• Collaborate with internal leadership to define security objectives from customer requirements
• Analyze customer needs to allocate Field Security resources optimally
• Define, develop, and implement scalable security controls and structures
