You'll prepare SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and monthly portfolio metrics for a real estate and infrastructure firm. You'll ensure GAAP compliance and support audits while driving data analytics and automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, supplementals).
• Analyze monthly real estate portfolio metrics and debt schedules.
• Coordinate with teams for earnings releases and investor materials.
• Support independent auditor reviews and annual audits.

📋 Requirements

• College degree in accounting (BA/BS).
• 3+ years of progressive financial reporting or audit experience.
• GAAP accounting knowledge and application.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and Word.

• Big 4 or public accounting experience.
