Description
You will be at the front lines of safely delivering AI to the world, responding to and investigating user needs, providing high-touch support to strategic customers, and identifying gaps in the team's technical knowledge to improve support at scale.
Requirements
- Experience in technical product support, including API debugging, preferably on a second-tier or priority support team
- Familiarity with APIs and technical SaaS products
- Strong user empathy and expert in the lifecycle of a support case
- Crisp written communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience troubleshooting SSO, SAML, and OAuth authentication flows
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in all Anthropic products
- Respond to user support cases with varying complexity, from basic questions to API debugging for large businesses
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with a wide range of users, from executives to consumers
- Manage on-call tasks for high-urgency issues with extreme ownership
- Partner with engineers and stakeholders to diagnose and resolve user issues at scale
