💼 About This Role

You'll work at the intersection of sales, treasury, and technical implementation for a fast-growing European fintech scale-up. You'll partner with Account Executives throughout complex mid-market sales cycles, bringing treasury credibility and technical depth. You'll also play a key enablement role, coaching the sales team on treasury workflows and banking connectivity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach Account Executives on delivering treasury-focused demos and handling technical objections.
• Customize product demonstrations for prospect-specific cash management and banking setups.
• Lead technical and treasury conversations with CFOs, Controllers, and Treasurers.
• Guide prospects on US banking connectivity integration paths (API, SFTP, H2H, SWIFT).

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate banking, fintech pre-sales, or financial software implementation.
• Hands-on knowledge of US banking connectivity standards (SFTP, H2H, SWIFT, bank APIs).
• Strong understanding of corporate treasury workflows (cash positioning, bank reconciliation, payment processing, forecasting).
• Track record of supporting complex B2B SaaS or fintech sales cycles.

✨ Nice to Have

• CTP designation preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, SAP).
• Experience working with a broad range of US banks, including regional and community banks.
