• Design reference architecture for AI and agentic systems.
• Build production-ready AI systems ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Establish platform-level AI components like model routing and orchestration.
• Lead design of end-to-end AI data pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading and delivering production AI systems.
• Expertise in agentic systems and orchestration patterns.
• Deep knowledge of data pipelines including embeddings and vector stores.
• Experience with healthcare regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, NIST AI RMF).

• Experience with multi-model routing strategies.
