  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls daily.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Document detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics like satisfaction and resolution time.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 12+ months experience in Customer Support, preferably in SaaS.
  • U.S. healthcare billing experience highly desired.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
