- Handle a high volume of inbound calls daily.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Document detailed records of customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics like satisfaction and resolution time.
๐ Requirements
- 12+ months experience in Customer Support, preferably in SaaS.
- U.S. healthcare billing experience highly desired.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
