You'll join a cross-functional team building the AI-powered OS for beauty and wellness, shipping high-impact features in 6-week cycles. Your work will directly influence product and architecture in a rapidly growing global business. You'll leverage AI agents and cutting-edge tooling to amplify your output while owning the user experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Frontend, and Mobile engineers on features.
• Take features from discovery to rollout, including technical design and implementation.
• Build and maintain scalable Ruby/Elixir code in a microservice architecture.
• Work with GraphQL, TypeScript, gRPC, and Kafka in a Kubernetes environment.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of product engineering or infrastructure experience at scale.
• Experience building and maintaining distributed systems.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka).
• Experience with AI-augmented workflows and integrating AI agents.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Elixir, Ruby, or TypeScript.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design.
