• Manage a portfolio of employees through the complete onboarding process.
• Explain global employment requirements and gather necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with third-party partners to ensure locally compliant paperwork.
• Proactively resolve onboarding service issues with internal teams and partners.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in Account Management or Customer Success in HR Tech SaaS.
• Experience in EOR, global HR, or payroll-related support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for global time zones.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first environment.
