Description

You will lead workplace safety initiatives for our distribution center, ensure OSHA compliance, conduct safety training and audits, and promote a culture of safety. You'll work on the production floor to identify and mitigate risks, assist with incident investigations, and support emergency response.

Requirements

• 1+ year HelloFresh experience as production worker with forklift training OR 3 months safety internship + associates degree OR 2 years safety experience in distribution center
• Preferred Safety Certification (GSP, OHST, etc.)
• Expertise in OSHA compliance, especially PIT, LOTO, and ergonomics
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google apps

Responsibilities

• Ensure OSHA compliance including PIT, LOTO, machine guarding, and chemical safety
• Assist EHS teams as a visual presence on the production floor and identify safety risks
• Conduct accident investigations and root cause analysis
• Perform EHS audits and complete after-action responses
• Act as an on-site first responder providing basic first aid
