You'll manage candidate pipelines and draft personalized outreach, contributing to authentic talent matching. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage candidate profiles and move them through the Lever ATS pipeline.
  • Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and draft outreach messages.
  • Coordinate interview calendars and draft client-facing summaries in Google Workspace.
  • Conduct reference checks and synthesize feedback into professional reports.
  • Shadow senior recruiters in live interviews and participate in debriefs.
