Description
You will support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Spring Health’s enterprise resilience program, ensuring the organization can effectively prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive events while meeting regulatory and customer assurance expectations.
Requirements
- Enable and coordinate Department BCP/DR Champions and application owners
- Maintain and test escalation paths and communication workflows
- Support annual audit readiness for SOC 2, HITRUST, HIPAA, ISO 27001
- Perform internal control testing and maintain GRC tooling
- Draft and maintain policies, procedures, and SOPs
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and mature enterprise BCP/DR and Crisis Management programs
- Plan and lead cross-functional exercises including tabletops and technical DR tests
- Maintain enterprise BCP/DR catalog for critical applications and business processes
- Coordinate Business Impact Analysis and critical service mapping
- Produce leadership reporting on resilience posture (KPIs/KRIs, test outcomes, remediation)
