You'll manage employee exits and provide first-level Employee Relations support for Remote's external employees across EMEA & APAC. You'll ensure legal compliance and deliver delightful customer service while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. This role stands out as part of a fully remote, globally distributed team shaping the future of work.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions.
- Provide guidance on termination, resignation, and redundancy processes.
- Lead meetings with clients and employees on offboarding matters.
- Draft and administer termination documents with accuracy.
๐ Requirements
- Experience in employee offboarding or employee relations.
- Knowledge of international employment laws and compliance.
- Ability to manage complex terminations with multiple stakeholders.

- Experience with HRIS platforms.
- Familiarity with EMEA and APAC labor regulations.
