You'll manage employee exits and provide first-level Employee Relations support for Remote's external employees across EMEA & APAC. You'll ensure legal compliance and deliver delightful customer service while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions.
• Provide guidance on termination, resignation, and redundancy processes.
• Lead meetings with clients and employees on offboarding matters.
• Draft and administer termination documents with accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in employee offboarding or employee relations.
• Knowledge of international employment laws and compliance.
• Ability to manage complex terminations with multiple stakeholders.
