💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement training programs for Anduril's Maritime products including Autonomous Underwater Vehicles. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts to create innovative learning curricula that align with organizational goals. This role offers the chance to build a training function from the ground up in a fast-paced defense tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create timely and innovative learning programs for diverse skill levels
• Generate training products from technical and engineering data sets
• Assist the Product Lifecycle Lead to shape the training function
• Recruit and manage a team of skilled educators and trainers

📋 Requirements

• At least 10 years of maritime domain experience including technical training
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a NV2 Security Clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Maritime Systems including subsea/ocean engineering
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Moodle or Aquilla
