You'll bring AI into day-to-day work across departments, building and deploying practical solutions to help people work better and faster. You'll drive AI adoption through hands-on coaching and experimentation. This role is more builder than theorist, focusing on real impact over strategy. You'll own AI solutions from concept to rollout in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

• Find and prioritize AI opportunities across teams and workflows.
• Build and maintain AI agents and complex workflows integrating systems.
• Drive AI projects from start to finish, managing multiple pilots.
• Train and support teams through coaching, workshops, and one-on-ones.

📋 Requirements

• Built AI agents or complex AI-driven workflows with examples.
• Strong technical knowledge of AI tools with hands-on implementation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tracking and momentum.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with n8n, Zapier, Power Automate, API/MCP integrations.
• Experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, or retrieval-augmented generation.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
