💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team in preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for a Top 100 accounting firm. You'll manage client relationships and represent clients before taxing authorities. You'll mentor staff and contribute to firm growth through practice development efforts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and approve tax returns and governmental examinations.
• Participate in client meetings and tax planning.
• Delegate and manage governmental tax examinations.
• Develop and train senior and staff accountants.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in public accounting with progressive tax complexity.
• 2+ years representing clients before taxing authorities.
• 1+ year supervising tax preparers.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
