You'll act as a functional Salesforce reference in projects, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce configurations within an agile, collaborative environment. You'll shape system design, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making for digital transformation initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions and functional specifications
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and dashboards
• Support solution design discussions and backlog refinement
• Perform pre-validation and functional testing before deployments

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience with Salesforce administration including objects, fields, layouts, and permission sets
• Hands-on experience with Flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards
• Solid knowledge of data modeling and business process mapping
• Ability to analyze and translate business processes into Salesforce solutions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and external data connectors
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Salesforce certifications are a strong plus
