Description

As an electrical development engineer at SpaceX, you will design, develop, and test highly reliable electronics for satellite communication systems. You'll drive architecture, component selection, and board bring-up while collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to solve challenging problems in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering
• Graduating in 2026 or 2027
• 2+ years of experience in electronic product design from concept through production
• Experience with mixed-signal circuit boards using processors, FPGAs, Ethernet, SerDes, DRAM, I2C, SPI, op-amps, converters, and power supplies
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++

Responsibilities

• Rapidly design, develop, and test highly reliable electronics for satellite communication
• Drive electrical architecture, specification, component selection, and circuit board design
• Implement verification, board bring-up, and debugging
• Partner with software, mechanical, thermal, manufacturing, and production test teams
