Description
As an Aftermarket Inside Sales Representative, you will influence parts and service sales for Caterpillar equipment, onboard new customers with digital offerings and Customer Value Agreements, and develop accounts to drive business growth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Minimum five years of related experience
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop assigned accounts focusing on Retail and Small Core customers
- Provide quotes for parts, service, and Customer Value Agreements
- Make routine sales calls and maintain customer relationships
- Assist customers in selecting life cycle programs
- Coordinate with Parts and Service teams for customer support
