You'll architect and execute Almedia's first-ever global Early Careers program, building the junior talent engine from scratch. You'll be the face of Almedia for the next generation, driving employer brand through university partnerships and events. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and execute global Early Careers strategy
• Build employer brand through university partnerships and events
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for internship and entry-level GTM roles
• Host workshops and networking sessions in Berlin office

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in high-growth tech startup
• Track record of hosting successful employer brand events
• Ownership mindset with self-starter attitude
• Understanding of GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Ops)
