💼 About This Role

As a part-time Assistant Manager, you'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and manage daily operations to meet sales targets. You'll also help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
