🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and apply compliance requirements from UL, IEEE, IEC, etc.
• Embed compliance into product architecture and design.
• Develop and execute compliance test plans and build test infrastructure.
• Debug failures and drive design solutions with engineering teams.

📋 Requirements

• Master's in EE, Computer Engineering, or Bachelor's with 2 years experience.
• Strong foundation in power electronics and power systems.
• Hands-on experience with test automation using Python or LabVIEW.
• Ability to interpret requirements and convert to test specifications.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in regulatory certification for solar, wind, or battery products.
• Familiarity with medium-voltage hardware and grid-tied systems.
• Exposure to manufacturing processes for high-power assemblies.
