💼 About This Role

You'll build and own core systems powering Wonderschool's platform, working across frontend, backend, and data layers. Your work will directly enable childcare providers to launch and grow their businesses while improving access for families. You'll leverage AI tools and modern automation to increase development velocity and product impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features for provider and parent experiences
• Own the full development lifecycle from scoping to production support
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data to build customer-focused features
• Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a full stack engineer
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Proficiency with Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or Elixir
• Experience with relational databases like Postgres

• Experience building complex or enterprise-grade systems
• Experience designing REST or GraphQL APIs
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure or serverless architectures
