You'll record financial transactions and support month-end close for multiple small business clients. Your work ensures accurate financial reporting and helps business owners thrive. You'll collaborate with a team of accounting professionals in a dynamic remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Record financial transactions in accounting systems for multiple clients
• Post customer payments and maintain AR aging report
• Reconcile bank records and cash accounts
• Process payroll and record transactions in ledger accounts
• Prepare and reconcile fixed assets

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with month-end close
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or other cloud-based systems
• Strong working knowledge of accrual basis accounting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a shared services accounting environment
• Certification such as CPA or CMA
• Familiarity with NetSuite or Intacct
