You'll monitor and analyze customer activity with emphasis on security functions like identifying account-takeover or Bot Attacks and WAF administration. You'll work on scalable distributed systems handling ~10 million requests per second. You'll contribute to improving customer security products and operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide expert security response to customer issues
• Carry out continuous-improvement research for security products
• Create and manage security content for customer environments
• Create review reporting to customers on security services

📋 Requirements

• Prior experience in a SOC environment
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud or hybrid cloud deployments
• Scripting ability with Python, Java, Go, Rust, or similar
• Fluent English spoken and written

✨ Nice to Have

• Business proficiency in Japanese
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Data Analytics for threat spotting
