You'll build and maintain strong relationships within strategic accounts to ensure high satisfaction and ROI. You'll drive product adoption and account growth by collaborating with Sales, Support, and Product teams. This role offers a chance to work with a global leader in Application Risk Management.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned strategic accounts.
  • Assist customers with rollout plans, security policies, and SDLC processes.
  • Create and manage account plans covering the entire customer journey.
  • Provide monthly account reporting to management and stakeholders.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5 or more years of Customer Success / Consulting / Technical Account Management experience.
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent verbal/written communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and activities simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting strategic relationships with higher-profile clients.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's ideal).
  • Experience in application security or related field.
