💼 About This Role

You'll lead a mixed-age Spanish-Immersion preschool classroom in a Montessori environment designed to nurture concentration, confidence, and deep learning. Your guidance helps every child develop focus, confidence, and a strong belief in their own abilities. You'll observe each child closely and provide individualized lessons.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Observe each child to understand their physical, intellectual, and emotional development
• Prepare a beautiful, orderly classroom that fosters concentration and independence
• Provide individualized and small-group lessons in practical life, literacy, and math
• Build strong relationships with children and families

📋 Requirements

• Native or fluent in Spanish
• Montessori diploma for ages 3-6, or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a group learning environment
• Bachelor's degree in a child-related field
