You'll drive revenue growth and strategic client expansion for Aleph in Mexico, owning a book of business and identifying new opportunities. You'll position Aleph as a strategic digital partner to agencies and direct clients, delivering compelling proposals and commercial strategies. This revenue-driven role offers global exposure and a flexible work culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and grow a dedicated book of business, driving revenue and meeting sales KPIs
  • Build and maintain a structured pipeline, executing disciplined sales routines
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead commercial conversations around performance, investment, and growth opportunities

📋 Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in digital advertising sales or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of digital and performance marketing ecosystems
  • Experience managing structured sales pipelines and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Experience working with agencies or enterprise-level advertisers
