Description

You will oversee the operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems for a landmark Class A office building. You'll manage a team, develop budgets, and coordinate preventive maintenance and capital projects to ensure asset value and tenant satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 10+ years operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial property
• Universal CFC certification required
• Experience with HVAC, boilers, chillers, refrigerant systems, water systems
• Knowledge of energy management systems and energy reduction techniques

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual repair maintenance budget and capital improvement plans
• Oversee building systems: HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, electrical, vertical transportation
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety codes
• Manage vendor contracts, scopes of work, and project budgets
• Supervise engineering team, assign work, and support staff development
