Description

You will own the annual operating planning process, shape key strategic priorities, and ensure alignment across Sales and supporting teams. You will work cross-functionally to bring structure to planning, improve operations, and ensure teams are aligned on priorities and execution.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, or Business Operations
  • Strong program management and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and drive alignment
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Executive-level presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Annual Operating Planning (AOP) process end-to-end across Sales and cross-functional teams
  • Define key strategic levers including organizational changes and major investments
  • Lead strategic projects for long-term growth, structuring problems and driving data-driven solutions
  • Lead change management across the GTM organization for strategy evolution rollout
  • Collaborate with Sales leaders, Finance, Recruiting, and People Ops to build cross-functional alignment
