Senior Sales Planning and Strategy Manager

Description
You will own the annual operating planning process, shape key strategic priorities, and ensure alignment across Sales and supporting teams. You will work cross-functionally to bring structure to planning, improve operations, and ensure teams are aligned on priorities and execution.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, or Business Operations
- Strong program management and strategic planning skills
- Ability to simplify complex topics and drive alignment
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
- Executive-level presentation and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Drive the Annual Operating Planning (AOP) process end-to-end across Sales and cross-functional teams
- Define key strategic levers including organizational changes and major investments
- Lead strategic projects for long-term growth, structuring problems and driving data-driven solutions
- Lead change management across the GTM organization for strategy evolution rollout
- Collaborate with Sales leaders, Finance, Recruiting, and People Ops to build cross-functional alignment
