💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end GTM performance for Aircall in the UK & Ireland, driving AI-powered growth across sales, marketing, and partnerships. This senior leadership role combines strategic clarity with operational rigor in a fast-scaling unicorn.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own regional GTM strategy from pipeline generation to renewals
  • Translate company growth objectives into local execution plans
  • Ensure teams are equipped to sell AI-driven value and outcomes
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships cross-functionally

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Managing Director or VP of Sales leading a P&L
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling teams 5x+
  • Deep understanding of AI product selling and business outcome messaging

  • Experience in the customer communications or contact center space
  • Familiarity with the UK/I market and local business culture
  • Previous experience at a high-growth unicorn or startup
