💼 About This Role
You'll own end-to-end GTM performance for Aircall in the UK & Ireland, driving AI-powered growth across sales, marketing, and partnerships. This senior leadership role combines strategic clarity with operational rigor in a fast-scaling unicorn.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own regional GTM strategy from pipeline generation to renewals
- Translate company growth objectives into local execution plans
- Ensure teams are equipped to sell AI-driven value and outcomes
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships cross-functionally
📋 Requirements
- Proven experience as a Managing Director or VP of Sales leading a P&L
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling teams 5x+
- Deep understanding of AI product selling and business outcome messaging

- Experience in the customer communications or contact center space
- Familiarity with the UK/I market and local business culture
- Previous experience at a high-growth unicorn or startup
