Description

As a Product Manager on the observability and intelligence team, you'll shape the product strategy and roadmap to help customers monitor, debug, and act on data across their AI and automation landscape at scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management in SaaS with continuous discovery and data-informed decision-making
• Understanding of observability concepts: monitoring, logging, metrics, alerting, tracing
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to accelerate product workflows
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy and roadmap for observability and debugging business processes at scale
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve visibility into automation performance and health
• Lead development of capabilities connecting Make to observability and alerting ecosystems
• Drive AI-augmented product practices to accelerate discovery and decision-making
• Collaborate with engineering manager and product designer to drive discovery and delivery
