You'll provide warm, expert assistance to pool pros across phone, email, and chat, helping them succeed with Skimmer's platform. You'll educate users on software capabilities and troubleshooting while partnering with Product, Success, and Engineering to bridge user feedback and technical solutions. This role offers the chance to become a Skimmer authority in a mission-driven, remote-friendly culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide support across phone, email, and chat channels

  • Partner with Product, Success, and Engineering on user feedback
  • Cultivate rapport through empathetic communication

📋 Requirements

  • Ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and warmth
  • Proven background in top-tier customer and technical support
  • Understanding of billing workflows, reconciliation, or QBO
  • Availability Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM CDT
