You'll help restaurant partners grow their businesses by improving delivery operations and leveraging our platform. You'll manage a high-velocity portfolio using phone, email, and video. This role offers impactful work in a fast-paced commercial environment with cross-functional collaboration.

  • Independently manage a portfolio of accounts using a desk-based model.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners through phone, email, and video.
  • Execute national and local marketing campaigns to improve order volume and retention.
  • Guide partners on best delivery practices and latest technology.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Account management experience with telephone-based support and selling.
  • Data-led problem solving skills to quickly get to the root of issues.
  • Excellent phone manner and persuasive communication skills.
  • Tech curiosity and enthusiasm for digital tools.
