You'll help restaurant partners grow their businesses by improving delivery operations and leveraging our platform. You'll manage a high-velocity portfolio using phone, email, and video. This role offers impactful work in a fast-paced commercial environment with cross-functional collaboration.

- Independently manage a portfolio of accounts using a desk-based model.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners through phone, email, and video.
- Execute national and local marketing campaigns to improve order volume and retention.
- Guide partners on best delivery practices and latest technology.
๐ Requirements
- Account management experience with telephone-based support and selling.
- Data-led problem solving skills to quickly get to the root of issues.
- Excellent phone manner and persuasive communication skills.
- Tech curiosity and enthusiasm for digital tools.
