💼 About This Role

You'll act as a subject matter expert on the Javelina claims processing system and lead technical workstreams within large-scale projects. You'll oversee the implementation and testing of system changes across vendor platforms to ensure data integrity and compliance. This role offers the chance to design and manage frameworks that optimize system functionality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as technical leader for the Javelina platform, making architectural decisions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, user manuals, and desk-level guides.
• Monitor vendor platform functionality against KPIs and SLAs.
• Design and manage a repeatable release management framework.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Deep technical and functional knowledge of Javelina
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product management in healthcare
• Advanced subject matter expertise in end-to-end claim adjudication processes and systems
